TDG acquisition

Norbert Dentressangle's transaction to acquire TDG is currently awaiting approval by European competition authorities.
 
On 31st January 2011 the European Commission issued a notice of incompleteness in relation to the merger filing, in order to have sufficient time to review the market share of hazardous goods transporters in the United Kingdom.
 
As a result of this market test by the Commission, the date for completing the transaction has been pushed back to mid-March 2011.
