Hervé Montjotin is appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Norbert Dentressangle Group

Norbert Dentressangle Group’s Supervisory Board met on 5/11/2012 has approved the resignation of François Bertreau, Chief Executive Officer since 2008. On the suggestion of its Chairman, Norbert Dentressangle, the Supervisory Board has appointed Hervé Montjotin Chief Executive Officer.

As of today, the Group’s governance will be performed by:

- a Supervisory Board, which remains made up of: Norbert Dentressangle, Chairman, Evelyne Dentressangle, Vice-Chairman, Clare Chattfield, Henri Lachmann, Jean-Bernard Lafonta, Vincent Ménez, Jean-Luc Poumarède, Bruno Rousset and François-Marie Valentin,

- and an Executive Board, which is now made up of Hervé Montjotin, Chief Executive Officer and Head of the Transport Division and Patrick Bataillard, Chief Financial Officer. New members of the Executive Board will be appointed during the next Supervisory Board meeting on 20/11/12.

Commenting on these decisions, Norbert Dentressangle stated that: “I want to thank François Bertreau who, since 2008, has been the architect of the globalization of our Group and wish him success in his new challenge. We say that people are our first asset in our Group and we have a new illustration today as members of the Supervisory Board immediately requested Herve Montjotin to take the chair of the Executive Board of Norbert Dentressangle. Since 1995 Herve Montjotin has acquired am intimate knowledge of our company, its expertise in human resources and organisation is key in activities such as ours. Since 2005 he has also demonstrated his qualities as a manager at the head of the Transport Division in a demanding and constantly
evolving market. Hervé Montjotin has all the required qualities to lead the management of Norbert Dentressangle and enable the Group to succeed in its future growth.”

Hervé Montjotin, 47 years is a member of the Executive Norbert Dentressangle since 1998. He is graduate of “Ecole Normale Supérieure Social Sciences” and holds a Masters from ESCP. After a first experience in Consulting and Organisation at Bossard Consultants, Hervé Montjotin joined the Norbert Dentressangle Group in 1995 as Human Resources Director. He was appointed Managing Director in charge of Organisation and Human Resources in 2001. Since 2005 Hervé Montjotin is Head of the Transport Division.
